Letting your property

Our experience and knowledge in the letting industry enables us to give you all the information you need in order to let your property. We always aim to deliver the right tenants, in the shortest time and at the best possible price.

Letting Service includes:

* Visit the property and advise on rent
* Take details and photographs in order to prepare particulars
* Marketing the property
* Erect a ‘To Let’ board at the Premises
* Qualify and find suitable applicants
* Arrange appointments for applicants to view the property
* Once Tenants are found references will be undertaken by a professional referencing agency
* Prepare Tenancy Agreement
* Collect the deposit (one month’s rent) payable by the tenant against dilapidations
* Collect the first month’s rent and arrange for future payments to be made by Standing Order directly to the Landlord
* Check-in and Check-out the Tenant including meter readings – carried out upon request

Referencing

We carry out both manual referencing and a comprehensive credit search/referencing through HomeLet (the credit-referencing agency). Rent guarantee is also available on request for that added peace of mind.
