Full Management Service includes:

* Collect rent from the Tenant on a monthly basis
* Credit landlord’s bank by bank transfer within seven working days of receiving the rent in cleared funds
* Copies of account sent to Landlord by email *Administer any repairs or maintenance work that is required on the property
* Check-in and Check-out the Tenant
* Take meter readings and transfer of utilities – gas, electric, water and Council Tax at the commencement and termination of the Tenancy
* Arrange for the renewal of the Gas Safety Certificate
* Register deposit with the Deposit Protection Service (DPS)
* Carry out property inspection (every 6 months) and report to Landlord
